SOURCING
Our Acquisition team sources homes and multi-family properties through direct marketing, our wholesale partners, and various market outreach programs. Upon identifying a potential seller, we run an analysis to determine if the property is a better fit for our wholesale program or retail renovation team.
RENOVATION
Our construction and renovation team tours the property to determine the types of structural and cosmetic changes needed to put the home in the best possible condition for resale or to maximize ongoing income potential. Each member of our team drives critical aspects of the process to ensure timely completion and adherence to exceptional quality standards.
SALES & MARKETING
Upon project completion, the property is either assigned to our exclusive professional property management group to ensure ongoing property quality standards, value and consistent high market income streams, or it’s assigned to our exclusive real estate broker to market and sell to the general public. Each of our properties goes through a rigorous multi-step process to ensure we deliver the highest level of consistency with each project we take on.
