Mr. Zafarpour is a Managing Partner of Triton Global Partners. Shawn currently serves as the CEO and President of ZHS Investments, with over $50 million in top revenue generated through acquisition and value-add under his leadership. Shawn is an experienced Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Hospitality industry, Formerly as a Top-Level Executive for Pappas Restaurant (Private Corporation with over 150 units). Mr. Zafarpour has spent over two decades developing and mentoring highly skilled individuals, identifying inefficiencies, creating high performers and increasing profitability through building streamlined processes.

Shawn’s discipline and strong interpersonal skills has allowed him to develop successful partnerships in Real Estate. Recent and current projects include; 60 acres of Land Development, over 42 completed New Construction Townhome units and an additional 32 units currently under construction, Retail Developments, and over 100 Single family Residential Fix and Flips under ZHS Investments in the last two years.
